SUMMARY
Our Blue Heron Lithium batteries last longer and cost less than AGM or other lead acid batteries. Our 48V 30Ah is compact, and is a Drop-In in the sense that it will fit in the space of a standard Group GC-2 size, but with far more useable power, and it is less cost over time. Has CAN Bus communicatiuon for dashboard readout (sold separately). This battery weighs only 33 lbs, can accept a high charge rate, and has a built-in, matched, BMS system to ensure protection of the battery, safety and extended life. This battery can ship by ground transport.
LiFePO4 is the safe lithium, with resistance to ignition. It is not susceptible to the hazards of lithium-ion batteries in cell phones, portable computers, skateboards, or similar high-energy density applications. Our factory uses state of the art slitting procedures and assembly techniques for cathode and anode preparation, and we use only Grade A+ prismatic cells in our batteries to ensure better deep cycle operation, longer life-cycles and reliability. Collectively, these features set us apart.
